Cool Clear Water – JAC August Challenge

Cool Clear Water – JAC August Challenge   Because August is generally such a blazing hot month, this month’s Jewelry Artisans Community  challenge is to make something that represents cool clear water in the hopes that looking at your beautiful creations will make all of us feel cooler. Well again only 3 of us joined this challenge. The first thing I thought of when reading the theme for this months challenge was a song by Frankie Lane from the…

One of a kind vs. repeating a design.

One of a kind vs. repeating a design.

One of a kind vs. repeating a design. Is what this months blog carnival from Jewelry Artisans Community is about. For me One of a kind means that you have made it only once, and when you take a look in my galeries you will see that most of my jewelry pieces are made only once. Why all my pieces are different, not only in style but also in technique and the materials I have used, well I like to try…

Time and motivation – JAC Blog Hop

Time and motivation – JAC Blog Hop

Time and motivation – JAC Blog Hop Is what this months blog carnival from Jewelry Artisans Community is about. When reading “Time and Motivation” most people think of endurance training. Because you have to invest time and you need to be motivated to keep it up. In a way one can say that it’s the same with jewelry making. When I have time enough then my motivation is gone and when I’m motivated I don’t have enough time to play with…

Favourite materials to work with and why

Favourite materials to work with. This month the blog carnival from Jewelry Artisans Community is about our favourite materials and why we like to use them. One day I’m in to wire wrapping and the other into bead weaving or working with…

~*~ Juli 2014 – Indian Princess ~*~

This creation…

~*~ 2013 – Hemimorphite ~*~

I bought some Hemimorphite drops a while ago and up until now I only made a pair of earrings with them.   This time I made a wire wrapped pendant. For now on a suede cord until I find some stones of the same color. The metals I used are gunmetal artistic wire because that color is gorgeous with the soft green of the hemimorphite.
